Business Bill Pay

Quickly and conveniently pay almost anyone online that you pay today by check. Securely pay and receive bills online and schedule recurring payments, as well as securely receive eStatements from billers. You can also use Bill Pay to electronically link invoice and credit memo information with your payments, and set up bills to pay automatically as you receive them.

Bill Pay allows businesses to do the following:

  • Pay anyone. Add any person or company in the United States as a payee, and then make payments to those payees at your convenience.
  • Receive your electronic billing statements online.
  • Schedule reoccurring payments. Automatically make reoccurring payments, such as lease payments, at the frequency you choose.
  • Make payments on the Internet with a secure and reliable system. Bill Pay uses SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connections and information are secure from outside inspection. Bill Pay also uses 40-bit or 128-bit encryption (whichever your browser supports) to make your information unreadable as it passes through the Internet.

You can also use Bill Pay to:

  • Export your payment information by creating Quicken® and QuickBooks® import files.

Where do I find Business Bill Pay?

From Business Online Banking,

  1. Click "Payments & Transfers" in the navigation bar
  2. Click the "Bill Pay" tab from the Payments and Transfers page

You can also make payments or view payments history from the Business mobile app.
